Thermal Hydrogen Economy

The emissions free economy distributing liquid fuels with minimal (pneumatic) work and waste heat.

The Thermal Hydrogen economy is engineered to keep the carbon and energy of hydrocarbons “self-contained”.

1) Carbon is never diluted with nitrogen, pre-empting the need for “carbon capture”.
2) The waste heat of every process is utilized for an endo-thermic reaction.

End result: Emissions free *liquid* fuels without excessive pneumatic work (Carbon capture/H2 distribution) or waste heat.

Thermal Hydrogen Economy: Electricity Oversupplied

Thermal Hydrogen Economy: Electricity Undersupplied

The economy consists of 3 main "economic agents" (shown as "EA's" in the figures above), which enable dispatchable supply/demand and efficient, emissions free, energy distribution.

EA #1 Bi-directional power plants
(electrolyser / turbine combo)
EA # 2 Dual Fuel Heat Sources
(Electric heat varying w NH3 combustion)
EA # 3 Liquid-Charge Electric Vehicles
(Plug-in EV w/ Liquid-Charge range extender)

Demonstrating the use of pure oxygen for oxidation, pre-empting CO2 capture, and upgrading the thermodynamic potential of hydrocarbons.
